DJ X-Treme!, better known as LaMont Carson, has been spinning his soulful deep flavors since 1979. He got his start when his first mix was played on "The Jerry Bloodrock Show" on WHBI-FM in Newark, New Jersey in 1981.
This Newark, New Jersey native has under his belt over twenty years of DJing experience and has been a mainstay at such legendary venues in New Jersey as Club Docks, Club Zanzibar, Cheetah, Club America, Club 88, Club Blackbox and Mirage. Na'eem also has been invited to play at such landmark NYC nightclubs as Club Shelter, the infamous Studio 54, Club 1018 and Kilimanjaro.
In the last five years, this Newark, New Jersey native and reigning "prince" of the underground dance music scene has captured the souls of many. In a short time, he has secured a loyal following of energetic house music heads and soulful "garage" purists who march to the beat of his drum.
Lil Louis is the stage name used by Chicago-born house music producer and DJ Louis Burns. He scored a number of hits on the Billboard Hot Dance Music/Club Play chart in the 1980s and 1990s, three of which hit #1. His best known song, "French Kiss," featured vocals by Shawn Christopher and spent two weeks at #1 on the dance chart in 1989.
